Established in 1994, Stem Ltd has become one of the leading producers of 3D computer generated illustrations and 3D animations. We specialise in visualising for two main areas, architecture and products.  

Our 3D architectural visuals and walkthrough animations have helped some of the UK's leading architects, interior designers and property developers visualise and market their residential and commercial buildings.

Stem's 3D Cgi visuals are invaluable when architects are submitting planning applications and potential buyers are looking to purchase new properties off plan. The majority of the Cgi images we create for planning applications involve photomontage a process where we create a 3D computer model of a building which is then rendered and superimposed into the photograph. This enables the planners to clearly see how the building will impact on its intended location.

The Cgi visuals we create for off plan marketing purposes challenge us to create lifelike 3D visuals that emphasize the key selling points of the property. Potential home buyers will gain confidence and reassurance that their chosen house or apartment is going to be attractive, functional and situated within a suitable location. The 3D walkthrough animations also enhance this by enabling the viewer to go on a virtual tour of the property and its location.
