High quality 3D visuals with a price and service to match.
A fast service offering high-quality, 3D visuals at competitive prices, are the qualities that attracted property developer Benfield Homes to Stem.
The Coventry house builder, who was using Cgi for the first time to sell homes in the city, says it will use Stem's 3D expertise to sell its contemporary units in future.

Now Benfield Homes' second Cgi brochure is just hot off the press promoting properties for sale at its latest development at Rokeby Court in Rugby.
Claire Drewett, sales and marketing manager at the developers, said she was impressed with Stem's ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
She added: "Artists' impressions can often look very outdated these days and I especially prefer Cgi for use with contemporary properties. I am absolutely delighted with these sharp new images which give a very clear impression of our modern builds."
Benfield Homes has sold 24 apartments during the past eight months, on the back of 5,000 brochures containing architectural visualisations produced by Stem.
Anthony Atkinson, director at Stem, based at the Technocentre, Puma Way, Cheylesmore, Coventry, said: "We are really enjoying working with all the staff at Benfield Homes and always meet, or beat, our deadlines. Our services remain competitively priced while our high-quality, photo-realistic visuals and animations are second to none."
